- PDF recognition and understanding
- NLP pipelines (categorization, object detection, summarization, sentiment analysis, etc.)
- Fact extraction
- Chatbots and voice assistants
- Recommender systems, user clustering, and analytical tasks
We work with terabytes of training data and tackle complex challenges using state-of-the-art models, including custom-built AI solutions, fine-tuned LLMs, and third-party integrations where applicable.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, including classical ML, NLP, modern LLMs, computer vision, and document recognition models.
- The ability to assess and integrate third-party AI/ML solutions when appropriate.
- Ability to develop custom in-house models when external solutions do not meet requirements.
- A proactive approach to research, breaking down complex problems into actionable solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with teams.
- 5+ years of Python experience, from exploratory notebooks to production-ready, high-load services.
- Familiarity with cloud-hosted services, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools, including Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, Kafka, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models for various applications.
- Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with software engineers, analysts, managers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
- Research and apply state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques to enhance model performance.
- Optimize and scale AI/ML models for large datasets and real-time processing.
- Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve model performance.
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI principles, data privacy, and security best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
- Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or published research (preferred).
- Proficiency in Python (specifically PyTorch) and other AI/ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of deep learning, NLP, and/or computer vision techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for AI/ML workloads.
- Familiarity with MLOps best practices (monitoring, versioning, CI/CD).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Contract Details:
- Fully remote work (40 hours per week).
- Required availability it’s 9-11 PM Moscow Time for team meetings; the remaining hours can be worked at any time.
Hourly rate: €30-50, depending on interview performance, which is 5.000-7.000 € according to contract.
